These Protein Banana Pancakes are a fitness favorite. They rely on the banana for sweetness and structure, with no added flour or sugar.

- Mash: In a bowl, mash the banana until very smooth with few lumps.
- Whisk: Whisk in the eggs, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.
- Cook: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat with a little oil. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.
- Flip: Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip carefully. Cook for another minute.
- Serve: Stack them high and top with a drizzle of syrup or fresh fruit.
Dica
These pancakes are more delicate than flour-based ones. Make them smaller (silver dollar size) for easier flipping.
