- Season: Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prep Veggies: Toss asparagus in remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 6-8 minutes without flipping until skin is crispy.
- Flip: Carefully flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook Asparagus: Grill asparagus alongside the salmon for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve: Serve salmon with lemon slices and fresh dill over the asparagus.
